Yeah, I've seen that. The one I use isn't on that list, but it's a small company based around bariatrics, so that's to be expected. I may end up trying something else, though. $35 for 20 scoops is kind of ridiculous, but at least I know the flavors are good.

I have had fantastic luck with keto. Lost 30 pounds in two months before surgery with it and I still keep under 50g of carbs. Usually closer to 30g. It's a party. Plus, I was never hungry before. Big feat for a fatty :P

 

As of a week ago, he is the champ. Lol

 

Only ever had success with Whole30 or swimming two miles a day. Hoping I can combine those here soon.
