My shoulder has been spasming for twelve hours.

 

I've been having a weird pain in my shoulder for the last week or so. Probably going too hard lifting.

I got lost trail running again. 6 mile run got cut down to about 3 or 4. lol

Third week in a row. The trails are marked, but I somehow end up on spurs and have no idea where I am.

Ive lived in Soflo the past like 18 months.

 

I see. whereabouts? how do you like it? some places are definitely better than others in my experience. like I love The Keys and loathe Miami (even tho it's beautiful)
