I saw Mogwai in 05. Good timesssss

 

I saw them in '08 right when Terminal 5 opened. Fuck buttons opened up for them. Loudest fucking shit i've ever witnessed in my life.

I saw Swords, Doomriders, Saviours, Young Widows, and Coliseum in a place that was about a hallway wide. I've never felt sound the way I did at that show. I was deaf for a week and still have a ringing from that show. Loud is an understatement.

 

2001. Album is so damn good.

Also, completely agree as far as Kasher being a master lyricist. Burst and Bloom may be one of my favorite EPs ever released.

If you haven't listened to them yet, you need to listen to the bonus tracks off of Mama, I'm Swollen. I like them more the songs on that album.
