Hunting? Range? Home?

 

A handgun to keep in the house. I've had someone try to break in, had multiple neighbors robbed, and last night my mom had someone try to break into her house while she was home. I've never seen her so shaken up.

 

This combined with your hostility toward @TheWater(s) in regards to burrito bowls has me worried.

Jeez man, sorry to hear. Must've been terrifying. Yea I mean, I have one myself as well as a license to carry just so I don't have to worry about transporting it to the range. Dare I say this here, but I trust you guys...I had to get one back in 2011 when I was in the police academy. Ended up breaking my tibia and as a result never became an officer...thankfully.

 

I dropped my pistol in a portapotty in Afghanistan.

Thankfully, it had JUST been cleaned. It was one of my first nights there. I grabbed it and it was covered in the blue water stuff. Went back to my shop like nothing happened. They tried introducing me to a bunch of people but I said I didn't want to shake their hands cuz I just got out of a bad bathroom experience. lol. I never really used it or cleaned it, so by the end of my tour, it has a bit of rust that it shouldn't have. Such a funny experience.

 

It looks like it's very easy to get a gun in PA. No surprise there.

That's almost disturbing.

 

I love going to the range plinking range..buy cheep cases of soda to shoot the cans. When it's in my house I keep it locked with my ammo in a different area from the gun. My areas pretty darn safe, but if shit hits the fan, I got a Louisville slugger in my closet.

 

Yea it was pretty darn easy, not gonna argue that.
