My local Italian restaurant, which is just phenomenal overall, makes an appetizer that is garlic bread topped with smoked salmon and a currant cream cheese.* It's life changing.


*May qualify as an open faced sandwich.

 

I had no idea that salmon would go well with garlic bread I steamrolled my own bit goddammit
