It's not for a normal person. I had a sleeve gastrectomy 9.5mo ago. Feels like a lot of food at this point, but I guess it's still less than 8oz so that's fine. Whatevs. Made me hit my protein and delicious food goals for the day. *shrug*

 

Well, congrats on hitting your goals and going through the hard work! I know how difficult and frustrating it all can be.

Gracias. Definitely still have quite a bit of work to do (I'm just over halfway to my goals) but it has been interesting.

I do need everyone to know that bacon is basically god, though. Like, damn. It's so good.

 

so not easy, but definitely worth all of the struggle! I'm down almost 150lb since surgery and I still want to lose ~120, so the struggle continues. lol

 

Well, this is simultaneously super inspiring and a little guilt-inspiring. Keep killing it, @lish
