I love that she's going ambitious. She's earned it. Very hopeful it avoids the pitfalls of a lot of concept albums

I'm pretty curious how intertwined the album and comics actually are, if the album tells a story or is more thematically tied

 

Yeah if it's all detailed plot, I'm less enthused. But if it's just an album that echoes themes and is more of a companion piece than a story, I think she could SLAY it.

- It totally sounds like she is going to Comic Con, and I will definitltely be there, and I have worked with Dynamite Comics... I need to make this benefit me somehow!

 

I hope this is incredibly plot-heavy and spans like 6 albums. The Armory Wars, Lights Edition.

i agree i think it's weird she's the opener lol

 

even just looking at social media, the followings are waaaaay skewed in Light's favor. I dunno, maybe PVRIS have insane streaming numbers I don't know about, or maybe it's the younger audience that does it.... who knows
