Makes me realize how much their guitar work is pretty much blues/dad rock sped up and played in a chaotic way
cannot believe the day is finally here hell yes, been waiting almost a decade to finally see these boys
Weird crowd vibes last night in Fresno especially compared to how awesome the crowds have been in clips from other stops on the tour. With that being said letlive was absolutely electric, the new bass player is rad live. Sludge Mother was fun as hell, and well the kids seemed super into Beauty School Dropout.
They are on Hawthorne Height’s 20 Year Tour for “If Only You Were Lonely” getting announced in a little over an hour. Creeper is also on the bill.
was there ever any confirmation that they were done after this current run they're on? feel like it was pretty heavily marketed that way so i'm a little surprised about this.
The voiceover on their initial announcement always sounded vague enough it could be interpreted as them actually reviving the band for good. I hope the dates continue to do well so they feel like continuing.
Happy to see them keep going. Jason said way before the shows started on the OLOC pod that he feels ready to release new music with Letlive. I would be so curious to hear what they sound like in 2026 with new music. Would have probably been best if FEVER went on hiatus after Aric and Steevis left and Letlive just came back proper. It’s too bad there was a contentious breakup. I would be so excited to see a letlive House of Protection run of shows. Fever is rad but seemed like it had ran its course for the time being with the last record. Im annoyed I was helping out at warped Long Beach and it was the only date Letlive didn’t play.
Very interested in finding that out as well. I don't see them dropping something consistently heavy like Fake History or The Blackest Beautiful again, but something that builds on their groovier and softer moments mixed with the best parts from If I'm The Devil could be neat. A better version of that record I guess. I don't know how Jean and Jeff shared writing duties together, but with the former back in the fold, I hope they at least bring back some of their signature riffing.
Damn that's a cool lineup, too bad it's not doing east coast yet. Hopefully the supporting acts are as cool for Part 2/east coast
definitely not gonna complain about them being back and potentially releasing new music. new letlive music with skyler acord on bass might be the greatest piece of music ever put to record if it comes to fruition.
I just want to know whatever happened to that Pressure Cracks full length that was supposedly happening?
It’s an acoustic version, like their recent live sessions. Adding that to the title would’ve helped lol. I didn’t check it out at first as I thought it was the remastered version.
