I was like "yall gotta be exaggerating, this can't be that much better", and I'm so happy to be wrong

Was going to post these exact issues I had as well. Really don’t like it but aside from that? Pretty solid step up with new elements I never even heard previously in the original mix. Wild stuff.

  5. Yeah it sucks to have a complaint about something as cool as this, but the missing vocal track in That Fear Fever really is a bummer! They should have at least left in the “oh!” that hits right on the 1 - the “yeah! yeah!” part that follows just feels like it comes outta nowhere now. All in all though it’s not that big a deal and I’d rather have it this way than not at all

Genuinely curious to hear why you feel this way. On the contrary, many of them to me feel more relevant than ever. White America’s Beautiful Black Market is the first one that comes to mind.

Yeah, if anything I’d say they’ve aged a lot better than many other bands’ lyrics from that era of post-hardcore

White America's Beautiful Black Market really might have their best chorus. not a new observation but the dropoff from this album to IITD was nuts

  9. Virgin Dirt is truly goated, a career highlight that finally gets to shine with this mix. I think I might like it even better than Muther in a similar register.

this latest spin on my monitor headphones has me wondering if it's their best album, it's really like listening to a whole different beast with this mix. 27 Club is their magnum opus

I always considered it their best album even despite the production issues

I'll write you into all of my songs Supporter

They really came into their own on TBB and I’m glad people are coming around to recognizing it lol. FH is incredible but it still stays within a specific, and done before, wheelhouse
