Yeah this is Jason's best performance since TBB but the instrumental feels a little unfinished/simple. I feel like I'm going to be endlessly comparing anything he does to FH and TBB and maybe that's an unfair standard... but those are some of my favourite records ever.

 

On the other hand, it feels much more finished than something like Another Offensive Song

 

That's a low bar though

 

ayy, the ending to that song was the only good part of that album.

 

I still can't believe how bad the chorus on that song is.

Ha, I do like the chorus to Foreign Cab Rides though.

 

Foreign Cab Rides is a gem. A weak ago almost has a cool chorus too.

 

I loved that album. Though anything Jason does has been good to me.

 

Honestly there are still a few songs that I dig on If I'm the Devil

 

The opener and Foreign Cab Rides are the only songs I like from that album

 

Almost everything on IITD is good, though I will agree that Another Offensive Song is far from their best. A Weak Ago, Elephant, and Foreign Cab Rides are fantastic songs. I've also really grown to love Good Mourning America and the title track

 

I actually really enjoyed the difference in IITD, it showed how versatile the band could be. Stoked for more from Pressure Cracks.

 

Light years better than that Fever 333 crap.

 

how do we get Kurt Ballou to produce this

 

That's what I'm saying. Get Jason in there with some shit that Kurt would work on, ie: Converge. That would be sick as hell

The breakdown in the first song almost made me crash my car. So stoked on this. I wonder if this or The Fever is going to take priority.

 

The Fever is currently #11 on the billboard mainstream rock charts, pretty sure that will be the priority
