Yeah not big on them either, but I assume PTV draws decent crowds overseas so good exposure for letlive I guess
Yeah, I'm hoping Letlive do a uk tour as headliners soon. The only other time I saw them was at download festival in 2014. Really want to see them play a longer set
A Letlive headliner with Creeper as main support would have been amazing. I didn't even end up going to that PTV tour because I figured I would have had to queue forever to stand any chance of seeing Creeper lol
Haha, well I'm hoping PTV aren't too popular in Scotland. I have a 2 hour drive before I get to Glasgow so not keen on missing creeper and/or Letlive. Haha
Oh it's probably not a problem for your date. It was for me since the venue is so big(5000 capacity) and the door staff are so slow at letting people in. I've heard of people queuing for like 2 hours and not being able to see the opening band.
That sounds awful. I'd hate that. Think the barrowlands is s like just under 3000 capacity or something like that. Hopefully be alright. I'm leaving after Letlive anyway. Haha. So atleast I won't be home as late as I usually am from shows through in Glasgow. Was at brand new/Biffy show on Tuesday. Got home very late. Hahah
It actually happened in 2011 with Miss May I and Woe, Is Me (that name takes me back). I'd love to see them tour together again. Pierce The Veil, Miss May I, Letlive tour
Just back from seeing Letlive. They were amazing! So good live! A lot of kids there to see PTV! You could tell. Haha. When Letlive do a headliner UK tour I am all over it.
Letlive were incredible last night. Such a phenomenal live band. The setlist was the same as all the other shows in UK, except they played white america's beautiful black market instead of muther. He dedicated the song to Glasgow having given a speech about how he would come over to Scotland to get free health care and how great it is that we look after each other here. The energy in their shows is just something to be seen. 2nd time seeing them and begging for a UK headline tour now
I appreciated it because I hadn't seen them play that live and I saw them play Muther live at download festival haha
Yeah, though now that I think of it, White America is one of the tracks on TBB most affected by the production, especially in the chorus, so it would be cool to see it live.
As disappointed as I was with IITD, I still love Jason. His variety of influences have made him a unique and wonderful figure within rock music.
Pretty much how I feel. I borderline hate IITD but Jason is the man. I really hope the band goes backs to its roots asap though. Bring all the funk boys!
Nu Romantics, Good Morning America, Who You Are Not, Elephant, and Foreign Cab Rides are pretty solid off IITD but if stacked against any of their past material? I don't think it would hold up at all IMO.
I would have been down for an album full of the more soulful direction ala Foreign Cab Rides. Not shameless Linkin Park (Who You Are Not) or Billy Talent (A Weak Ago) ripoffs.
