Unreal, dude... I WANT THAT DAMN PIZZA BOX! Haha. Lets make a trade - my doug hastings license plate cover for your rock-n-roll pizzeria :D. Super fair, right?!

I just recently won the crash course & unplugged 7 inch records... AND that's it!

I think I might grab Borders from the Fat store. I saw last night they still have it.

@Evolution Kid, that pizza box intrigues me. What was the originally for? Or was it just a pizza box they had up on their store one day?

It was for the rock-n-roll pizzeria 7 inch! Sorry to steal your thunder @Evolution Kid! I have been searching for one of those for a while now - but as he pointed out to me, recently they can be tough & pricey to get a hold of!

I think the most recent comment they made was early this next week!

I usually check all their social media pages, daily because they'll mention these things in passing in response to people's questions a lot!

Haha yea, it's the "jacket" so to speak for a black version of the rock n roll pizzeria 7". As far as I know it wasn't released for any special event or show, they actually went out to record stores. It also came with an LTJ napkin, a menu with other records in it if I remember right, a magnet, and a take out receipt. I randomly got mine this past year. My local shop happened to have it sitting in the back office and just so happened to bring it out a couple hours before I got to the store that day lol. Also had a spark gun with it which was a nice surprise. And veeeeery reasonably priced.

@suburban myth Any luck trying to talk down the one I told you about?

Definitely worth picking up. The reissue also comes with the live DVD from the Florida album shows whether you buy it on CD or vinyl.

The seller never responded to me. I'm gonna try again because it's still just sitting on there for that absurd price!

Thanks for the info! The idea of it is so awesome.

I actually have those Chicago Halloween presses and the only reason I got them was cause I was able to go to the actual show back then.

Either way, impressive collection my friend.

Alkaline Trio did a similar thing in 2002. A 7" release for their Chicago Halloween shows, also at the Metro. I got a few of those because I was at the shows. Now you all got me wanting to hunt down a copy of the LTJ one...

Ok, ok - lets see some lists: favorite LTJ tune from each album & LEAST favorite from each album:

    Kehoe
    Brightest Bulb

    Can't Yell Any Louder
    Bless the Cracks

    Least:
    Jen Doesn't Like Me Anymore

Just listened to Hello Rockview for the first time in awhile. God the rip so hard. Reminded me why they are my favorite band.

I am bummed you have Landmines on the "least" list haha. That is one of my favorites on that album.

I don't dislike it at all - just my least favorite from that record! When it comes to straight out disliking their songs, that's primarily only Jen doesn't like me anymore, just like frank, and mr personality - I never listen to those because they're so bad (to me, of course).

I'll give this a shot when I have a moment but I agree with Great American Sharpshooter. I always thought the verses are really good but the chorus could have been better. Anyway, that's being nitpicky about one of my favorite albums of all time haha.

Totally off the cuff without much thought - also not including Pezcore because I've never spent a ton of time with it.
