I hate Pepper, so I'm hoping LTJ plays first so I can leave after.

 

Pepper was solid at Warped. Gonna be awesome to see LTJ again. Upstate is getting way more shows in my wheelhouse than normal.

 

They're on the Reel Big Fish tour that ends Friday. Maybe they'll get announced after that.

 

Agreed. I also want LTJ to close out the show though, I feel like even on coheadliners whoever closes always ends up with more time. I can also get really drunk during Pepper and then have a great time haha

 

That would be cool, I didn't think of that. They're also doing dates with Bouncing Souls after that though in some of these markets

I wasn't aware Pepper was bigger than LTJ in any market. Weird.

 

I feel like they're not? We'll see I guess.

I've never even really considered them a Ska band I always thought they fit in more with like 311 type stuff

 

Not that this is really any indication of how big bands are, but Less Than Jake has about 260k likes on Facebook and Pepper has about 515k. I always thought LTJ was the more popular group and never got into Pepper at all.

 

I'm sure Pepper has opened up for bigger bands like 311. They might not be bigger than LTJ in this scene.

 

I wonder if this will be similar to the RBF tour where there will be a second leg in the summer or if LTJ will just hit all of those other markets in the Summer

 

LTJ isn't a huge draw around here and I'd say Pepper definitely would draw a similar sized crowd. Pepper has opened for bigger acts in the past and tends to draw more of the fratboy and regae crowds. I'd say both bands are definitely on the decline. LTJ definitely draws more within the punk scene, but not overall.

 

Red City Radio is opening at the west coast dates. I might actually try to go to this.

Not into that at all. I don't think I'll ever skip seeing LTJ, but this is definitely a skippable tour. I'm not super into RCR but I would have enjoyed having them on my date

 

Was really hoping for RCR in Cleveland. I may skip this one. We'll see as it gets closer. I really want to see LTJ again though. I would be fine with Pepper if the openers were cool.
