Woah, 3 is easily my favorite on here. I love the melody and the way the keyboard and that driving beat interlock. Emotional Haircut is definitely one of the lesser songs on this, but as far as the filler fun LCD songs go across their albums, I'd call it one of the better ones. Idk if it's just me but it sounds a lot like the farewell show dvd; with so much of their studio music coming across very calculated (not a bad thing!) it's cool to hear them really nail their live sound on a song on this record.
I'm with you for the most part. 'i used to' is just sorta boring for me. Nothing offensive about it. Emotional Haircut is definitely the Drunk Girls of this album for me haha. But yeah overall it's just such an enjoyable listen.
Call the Police is my least favorite on here for sure, but it's still good. Such a rarity when that happens with the first single.
I'm half way through this and it's the most I've ever liked an LCD album.. Which isn't really saying much. Love oh baby and i used to
Third time I've started this album and every time, I just have the overwhelming desire to put on Remain in Light instead. I'll get through it this time.
I went in Despacio a few times at Coachella and it was pretty great, but I only spent like 10 minutes in there
