Best closer is "Home" hands down. No disrespect to "New York, I Love You" which is another stone cold classic.

Whoops, you are correct sir. Mixed up disc 1 and disc 2. "Daft Punk" is the opener. I'm tempted to put it at the same spot in the ranking although I could see Oh Baby overtaking it.
Yeah I'm not big on emotional haircut. At least if they play it live it'll rock. The rest of this rules tho
I was leaving a party and my friend told me that a new LCD Soundsystem record had just come out. Needless to say, I just got home.. and that ride was memorable.
This whole album completely surpassed my expectations. I really was nervous I wasn't going to love it, but it is everything I could've asked for from LCD's reunion. I never disliked them, but the first two singles, and especially American Dream sound way better in context of the album. American Dream actually made me emotional listening to it in the album for the first time, and it never had before.
This album is fucking awesome. Now, if you wanna call it a letdown because the last two records had multiple contenders for best song of the 2000s and this one doesn't, that's fair. There's no All My Friends or Someone Great. But fuck, this is exceptional beginning to end. This is Happening is bookended by two all timers but its filler tracks wish they were half as good as the worst song on this. So happy with this and can't wait for the tour.
At first I thought "how do you sleep?" was a bit gimmicky but goddamn do I love the song now. Also, I was very wrong about "emotional haircut" I'll totally go to bat for it now.
The Nancy part saves that one for me haha. Track three along with Emotional Haircut are kinda clunkers for me but the rest of this slaps. I was expecting less to be honest. Oh Baby and Tonight are among the best songs of the year.
