I’m just using this thread to live vicariously through people with lawns

 

Nothing get's me pumped to mow the lawn like PUP, so excited to get out there and jam the new one this weekend!
Last weekend was Linkin Park - From Zero, NF - The Search, & All Get Out - The Season.
Weekend before was Microwave - Let's Start Degeneracy, The Wonder Years - Hum Goes On Forever, & Brand New - Daisy.

 

Been supremely hooked on Petey lately so will probably throw Lean Into Life on this weekend while executing a sick mowjob

Have not mowed yet this spring, but for some reason I usually go for The Mountain Goats when I mow. The Sunset Tree or Transcendental Youth especially.

 

First mow of the year, it was a jungle. I felt guilty as the last person on the block to have done it. It’s hard working around the baby’s naps!

Listened to Restoration’s 2024 self titled. Was my favorite album last year and their most “backyard hangout” album imo.

 

Ended up doing Steely Dan’s Aja today

I feel like the mower is too loud to listen to people talk. Maybe if I'm doing other yard work or especially chores around the house, but when it comes to mowing, I gotta have some tunes

The airpods completely drown out the mower! Pretty much the only time they are used effectively lol
