Probably gonna mow to Don't Tap The Glass today. May sprinkle in some Steely Dan after cause thems the breaks

 

First mow in 2 weeks today. Jim Legxacy and The Replacements.

 

Texas Is the Reason - Do You Know Who You Are? yesterday.

 

I did Zuma by Neil Young and Crazy Horse yesterday. It was a great pick.

 

Havent mowed a lawn since I was a teen in the late 90s, but this thread just made me think how easy you all have it with your phones and dare I say, ipods. Try hand mowing a lawn with a discman and making it through a track without it skipping. I used to get new cds and transfer them to cassette just to use my walkman when mowing. LOL

BTW, this thread is awesome! I never mowed a lawn without tunes.

 

When I mowed this weekend, I did back-to-back No Dream and Ska Dream. It was an interesting experiment.

Shans garden beds have grown over and I can't mow unless she's there to hold up the vegetation FUCK. Yards are looking cleaner tho for sure. Gotta overseed and fertalize soon.

 

Circa Survive and Origami Angel yesterday. It was hot as fuck outside.

 

LCD Soundsystem - Sound of Silver today. Good album, not sure it was the right vibe for mowing though.
