She doesn't make bad records, and they all feel different so its hard to compare. But this is another incredible record from her.

 

Truth. I think this one’s just connecting with me more straight away, whereas her others (barring Wheel) all took a little time

Can’t wait til the weather cools down, gonna be great fall morning record with some coffee

 

This album is so beautiful and it almost made me cry in my office

 

Have been in a general rut and not listened to much music at all lately. This broke me out in a big way. Fuck

 

This is sooooo fucking good

 

Finally listening. Excellent as expected.

Saw her play a solo acoustic show in Dublin in 2019 and she was amazing, you bet I'm seeing her again.

Is there reason to believe her dropping has anything to do with them being problematic? Fuck TFB either way but I hope everything’s okay with her

 

I highly doubt it. She would have made that clear if that was the reason for dropping.

 

Yeah it sounds like someone got Covid

 

She said they're all safe and healthy so I assume it's not covid related. She may also be prohibited from saying anything else for legal/contractual reasons.

 

She wouldn’t say “frustrated and extremely bummed” if it was about TFB being problematic. Those words imply she would be playing the shows if she could.

 

She might just not feel comfortable because she has a baby

 

I only recently became aware of Laura (thanks to stumbling across the episode she did on the The First Ever podcast)-- where do y'all reckon I start?
