Her self-titled is an amazing record.

 

Definitely, I just like this even more right away.

 

I really like and connect to Laura’s music. I’m happy she can create art to process difficult emotions. That being said, I think I’m putting this one on the shelf for now because I don’t think I want to listen to an album about divorce right now. Maybe I’ll come back at a different time lol.

Also, production and mixing seem like a noticeable step down from previous stuff, no?

 

This is up there with big freeze as her best work imo
