First time I ever heard El Farsante I was rolling up to a beach in St. Martin with about 20 ATVs and some guy was playing it on some huge ass speakers with heavy bass in his car looking hard as fuck and he gave us all half nods as we walked by. It was so dope, like something out Fast & Furious movie.

 

Sometimes I have no idea what's being said cause obv Spanish classes don't teach like sex slang lol but I just assume that if its reggaeton it's filthy lol

 

It's funny because translated it loses it's sexiness but it's bluntness is so funny when he translates it line after line while we listen

I'm pretty sure there's a song on the newest Romeo Santos album that is about his penis. It features Julio Iglesias.

 

I heard this song on the radio this morning and at first I was like whoa throwback and then I remembered this helped start my interest in Spanglish and also discovering Selena and Ritchie Valens.

Yesterday my nephew got a haircut and Despacito was playing over the speakers. The white stylist was like um wow i never listened to the words but they just said a naughty word. They said puto. I never realized how inappropriate this song is. I know some Spanish and I know that's inappropriate.

They said "apuro"
