I wish I could have caught it in theaters here, but we had to tighten up our budget and it looks like it's already gone. I would have liked to see it on the big screen with an audience for the same reasons I would like to see the Joker sequel in theaters with an audience.
Its the most movie. I haven't reviewed yet partly because I might go watch it again. It's on the scale of Synecdoche, New York but made by the creator of Apocalypse Now and Jack. A truly fascinating experience that everyone should be forced to sit through once at the cinema.

It is still amazing that Kaufman got that kind of money to make that kind of movie as a first-time director. I walked out of the theater and I felt like the world around me had changed. I wish I could feel the way I felt seeing that movie for the first time again.
Civil War was bad but the big stunt casting of Ron Swanson as the President only for him to show up for just a minute and get shot was funny.
