Apparently he's still planning on touring by August, which seems quite optimistic, haha

 

New LANY music will be out by the end of the summer according to their vocalist

Ten songs is a bit short, but Malibu Nights only had nine, and it’s been my most-played album since 2018.

 

Gotta say, I'm vibin' to this one

 

This is most excellent. Actually realise i haven't listened fully to anything since their debut.

 

I like it. Hopefully the first tracks are bangers and this is the cool down

 

Good chorus

 

New song sounds like it would fit in with the self titled from 2017 which is good. Also lol that we’re still replying to a thread for their 4th album when the 6th is about to drop

 

Snippet of new song “Good Parts” sounds straight off Malibu Nights, which is fantastic

Album feels a bit.....safe? Know You Naked seems like the only true "banger". "Good Parts" is up there as well. But in terms of the music itself, I'm a bit underwhelmed.

 

It feels very similar to ABB

 

This thing is wack

 

Not loving this but it's ok, verges a bit too much on 00s boyband territory at times.

I do however really enjoy the way the vocals sound throughout the discography, the mix/production.

 

Giving this another listen, opinion remains the same; I feel like they played it safe with the music/beats, with "Know You Naked" the only real banger on this. Production is good, but not much else stands out.

 

Were there any updates on this guys grooming/sex pest allegations? Surprised they’re back to the degree they are
