I'm dying to know prices. Can't decide if I'd rather GA or 100 level. I kind of don't want GA at a Lana concert

I peeked at a setlist and there's at least 6 songs from Born to Die so I'm happy

I get why you say this, but I do kind of wish she'd pull more evenly from her albums. All I've seen from Honeymoon is High by the Beach and the title track, but I'd love to see God Knows I Tried, some of the tracks toward the end, and more than anything Terrance Loves You. Maybe one day.

I also would love more Ultraviolence, but at least she's playing a couple different songs from that than usual.

This is tomorrow night for me though and I'm honestly so excited, and I'm so happy Jhene Aiko is opening. I've been listening to her a ton the last couple weeks.

It seems like she's changing it up a bit from what a looked at online, she did a completely unplanned song since it was completely Acapella and her band didn't know how to play it. And she polled the crowd a couple of times.

Yes she did Get Free acapella! It was so great, I wasn't expecting it at all. What an amazing night. Jhene Aiko was so good but she only did like 5 or 6 songs. I think she got cut off because she started late, but it was so mesmerizing while she was on. I really hope she comes back soon and does a full set. This was easily my favorite Lana show.

Born To Die is definitely her least interesting record but I guess it's the most successful (?) so makes sense she's drawing heavily from that.

I wouldn't even say it's her least interesting I love that album. It's just that she always plays those songs so it's not as exciting as some of the new stuff. But like when she plays them the energy in the room is just wild so they're a ton of fun. And Off to the Races should be her closer forever I hope she never changes that.

Bit the bullet and bought a GA for Newark ($125 + fees, Jesus....). Anyone have the set times for previous dates?

I went to this. The show is incredibly boring but she sounded amazing

The price on tickets for the Columbus date on Tuesday have dropped on ticketmaster. $22 for rear, upper level. I think that I may do that since it doesn’t seem like the production is to high on this tour and I’ll be fine that far away.

She laid on the ground A LOT and was lost in the background for a good amount of the set. There were many times I had to look at the monitors to even figure out were she was. Being in the back probably isn't much of an issue. lol

Good to know! My girlfriend said the other day: “I watched a few videos of some of the shows and it’s kind of like she just sings and is kind of blah but at one she gets on a swing.” Lol. But we both agreed that’s kind of her shtick.

I went to the show last night and man, she must’ve really overshot the amount of people coming to these shows. They blocked off the top 2 levels and reassigned us to a box which was cool but the floor was maybe a quarter of the way full.

I will agree though, she sounded great but the show was kind of boring and being in the seats/ on the side is just not my thing. We were close but I could still barely see her and I couldn’t see the monitors from where we were seated. Going forward I feel like I’m either going to drop the money for ga/floor seats or not go

They’ll probably reassign you better seats when you get there. That’s what happed to us

Newark was fairly full (like I didn't see sections blacked out) but, yeah, overall I think her and her people well overestimated demand. Price being $125 + didn't help given her fans are all on the young side. That being said, was my third time seeing her and MUCH better than the first two times (one being at Irving Plaza in 2012 when she barely knew how to perform and 2015 being Gov Ball with volume issues).

SIDENOTE: For anyone who frequenty the Prudential Center in Newark, why won't they give you striaght liquor? Tried to order a Jack on the rocks and the bartender insisted that I had to mix it with something.

Her show at United Center was not sold out, but not like embarrassingly empty. The floor didn't seem quite as packed as it was for the Killers, but I also think her fans smushed together a lot more (even though you'd think it would've been like that for the killers). Every section had a healthy amount of people. I think her idea was probably to play to as many people as possible, rather than going for all sell outs. I mean truly anywhere else except Allstate Arena would've been too small.

Makes sense. I only started listening to Lana when my girlfriend got us tickets so I have no idea how popular she is. I also think a lot of people didn't go or buy tickets since the eagles were playing literally next door last night at Lincoln Financial. Philly was a shit show last night trying to leave Wells Fargo Center. It also being a Sunday night probably didn't help either.

Yea I'm thinking it was just cus of how much was going on that it was so empty, but you're not wrong: she hasn't been selling these dates out or anything.
