I wasn’t crazy about The Lamb outside of a few tracks, but this might be the best song I’ve heard from her.

 

Will check this out. Still play Siren 042 couple times a month ever since she opened for a better oblivion community center show.

Random question: did anyone see her when she opened on a string of dates for Better Oblivion Community Center? I ask because at the Pittsburgh show she brought out Christian Lee Hutson to play a song with her that was great but I could never find it. I don't think it was released at the time, or if it was, it's not on Spotify. If anyone knows the track i would appreciate the tip.

I’m guessing it’s one of the songs on this album. I know there’s a song Christian does backing vocals on but I can’t recall which one it is.

 

feel like I really used to dig this project but all the tunes released off this upcoming record have made me sleepy. not sure where it went for me

Really really love this album. So happy with the direction she took.

 

The song with Ben Gibbard is very good. I really like some of the songs more than others here but I think with subsequent listens I'll grow to love most of them.
