1. Hoss 2. Let’s Talk About Feelings 3. Trashed 4. Double Plaidinum 5. Duh 6. Hang 7. Railer 8. Blaze 9. I Think My Older Brother 10. Resolve I've always liked Lagwagon, but the past few weeks have had me going on a masssssive binge. I just keep thinking ... yeah, let's toss them on again. Those first five albums are just so damn good.
My list would also be somewhere in that ballpark. Though I do like Hang quite a bit so it would be higher, I think. ITMOB and Resolve are the only two releases I’ve never been crazy about. Something just feels off about both of those. Very bland or something.
Call me crazy but I got into Lagwagon late and just loooove Hang and Railer best. Really hope they release another album.
Completely agree. Railer didn’t do as much for me, but Hang totally blew me away. And that is coming from a somewhat longtime fan (I got into them around 1999).
It makes sense that their live show only has one or two songs from those two albums, and the rest are older tracks. But man I wish they'd do an eras-type tour like Bayside is doing and play a bunch of songs from them.
When I go back and listen to the older stuff, it's solid of course, but I really feel like they've come into their own with Hang and Railer...anyone know if they plan to release another album? It's been too long.
Hoss is my favorite, Feelings is number 2. Also I love Let's Talk About Leftovers, that compilation has some great tracks

Hang is real high for me as well. I listened to that album sooo much when it came out. Railer was a little less consistent and sort of disjointed in comparison but man I love that one too. Resolve is the only one I would ever really say that I don’t like. And that one still has a few good ones in there.
Just did a Bad Astronaut discog run today. Houston We Have A Drinking Problem is still one of favorite albums of all time. I actually found Bad Astronaut before I had ever listened to Lagwagon - knew nothing about Bad Astronaut but I was a total space nerd back in middle school and high school and saw the name and astronaut cover at my local FYE and just bought without even knowing what I got.
You would’ve loved this set! Most hang I ever heard (they were touring on it) https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/lagwagon/2014/bottom-lounge-chicago-il-63cd967b.html
