I definitely recommend seeing them this time around if its feasible for you. Lagwagon brings a ton of energy to their set, and its obvious they have real chemistry because they sound tight and their set had a good selection of songs from each record. This is the set from Vancouver, but same exact set I saw: Lagwagon Setlist at Rickshaw Theatre, Vancouver
That’s one hell of a set list. I’m about 99% sure I’ll make it so I’m definitely looking forward to it. I’ve only seen them once and it was (I think) right after Blaze came out. It’s been so long that I couldn’t tell you a single song they played. Haha.
This record is landing exactly like Hang for me. First few listens I’m like “hmm this is pretty cool”, but now that I know the songs a little more, I’m fucking loving it. The front half of the record is killer (“Parable” is my favorite by far)
I went on a Lagwagon discography binge and realized I had to update all my best of decade music spreadsheets to include some of their later releases
The results of that bracket they did last week on Instagram were 1. Feelings 2. Hoss 3. Trashed I think I’m fine with that.
Except for Hoss being at the top, that list is pretty backwards compared to mine haha. Blaze and Hoss are my favorites.

Hoss Double Plaidinum Trashed Let’s Takk About Feelings Blaze Resolve Duh Railer Hang I Think My Older Brother (EP) Resolve isn’t front to back good but I really like Heartbreaking Music, Automatic, and Sad Astronaut.
Blaze is great. And sadly, I've heard Joey say he ranks it pretty low. He's said in interviews before that they spent years making it because they kept revising the songs. Sounds like he had tons of frustration and indecision while making it so he doesn't look back on it too fondly, but I think it turned into an amazing record in spite of all of that.
