the last half of that album just gives all of the feels. pretty hard to choose a favorite, but all our bruised bodies i saw probably at the top, with benz shortly after.
I wish I could “enjoy” Wildlife, if that makes sense? I can’t just sit and listen to it. There’s too much hardship associated with it. It’s one of my favorite albums of all time, but I’ve got to be going through some shit to put it on or I put myself right into a depressive episode. Maybe that’s melodramatic? But I’m glad they followed it up with Rooms- much more cathartic to go back to.
I See Everything>King Park>Edward Benz>>> All of Rooms of the House>> All Our Bruised Bodies and the Whole Heart Shrinks/You and I In Unison >>> literally everything else they've done
It's stuff like this that makes that such an exhausting album to me. I still love it but I can only really listen once a year
Does anyone know where I might find pictures of the house show these guys played in Wyoming several years back?
Anyone know what this band is currently up to? Gearing up for a new tour? Recording? Working on other projects? Their website doesn't provide much information.
they're always very quiet between cycles. i've heard they're recording this month but you never know with them.
just based on some of the bands they played with at the hometown shows this year i have a feeling they're going to double down on the "woman" song sound but get weirder
I wonder if Tiny Dot's soundtrack is an indication? Some of those songs have that "Woman" and "Thirteen" vibe.
