Finally getting around to part 2. jfc these are some of their best songs ever. I’m assuming we’ll get the third installment as the final album drop? either way when all is said and done this is gonna be perhaps their best work yet
I guess environmental catastrophe film was its own act and looking at the rest of the tracklist on bandcamp another single song must comprise a single act as well?
Listened to each once, the guitar tones on these are just perfect. Won't listen to the next couple as that'll be the tracklist done.
just not the way i want to digest the album. feels similar to not wanting to wear out pre-release singles. just want to experience it all the same.
Yeah, I've listened to a few and skimmed a few but I just want to take in the whole thing really, I hate listening to a few songs at a time.
for those of you holding out I at least have good news for you: based on everything we have right now this is the best la dispute album to date
All of these songs are really impressive. I believe this might have a chance to end up as my favourite LD album.
rooms and wildlife are both all timers. I simply don’t see the argument for this not being better tbh
they have the kind of discog where i can understand any of their albums being someones favorite, except rooms. never cracked that egg. honestly think panoramas prob my favorite front to back as of now
See that’s the one I can’t crack lol. Footsteps at the pond is in my top 5 from them but the rest doesn’t do it for me
oh i adore it, such a complete and hypnotic album to me. was such a fun cycle too, they leaned really well into the visual aesthetics of the album with that cool computer game map thingy
it has so many bangers. hudsonville, first reactions, splitsville, 35, stay happy there…each of those makes a top 10 list of their entire discog imo
