The thing about Spider-Man’s sinister foes is that there’s a lot of them, and a very high percentage of them are compelling enough to work in a story without ol’ webhead.
This. I want to see how these villains interact with each other AND Spiderman. I don't really care about the rest.
I really don’t care what the people who loved Far From Home think about fun adaptations of characters and ideas from “Big 2” comics, tbh! People who’d want a half-baked Jon Watts take on Kraven instead of JC Chandor making the most of Sony’s wild west are boring, lol, and should go see the PS2 zombie of George Reeves in The Flash instead.
I’m gonna have a lot of fun when Kraven the Hunter (2023) comes out, and again when Madame Web (2024) comes out.
I'll see all these movies. I won't enjoy them or have fun because capitalism has defeated me and I have no joy or hope for the future.
I'm happy for Tim. I mean, listen, we get the movies we want to see, and it's only fair that Tim does too. I'm not judging.
I'm fine with a Kraven solo film so long as it's actually leading to something with Spidey. Could be 3 years from now, could be 6. I just want there to be a plan.
