Just bought my ticket for Korn: Monumental on Saturday. Inviting some fellow vaxxed friends over and we will have a ball.

 

I dunno if I wanna drop $30 for a ticket since I'd be watching it alone

 

how was it?

 

It was fun, but felt short at only 70 minutes. They promised deep cuts and they absolutely delivered: Justin, Dirty, Alone I Break, Ball Tongue, Coming Undone and no Got the Life which was an interesting omission. I wasn’t familiar with the newer stuff (last 3 or 4 albums) but they sounded good.

I just watched it and totally agree with everything you said. It should have been at least 20 minutes longer. Some of the stuff they left out was odd... Got The Life, Blind, Shoots and Ladders, Twisted Transistor, Did My Time, did they play anything from Peachy?? But the deeper cuts were really cool.

This song needs to be a staple. I've only seen it played live twice out of the 9x I've seen them. I understand they're not big fans of Life is Peachy so I'd be okay if that was the only song they played from that album tbh.

 

I hate how often my favorite album by a band is the one they just so happen to not be fond of

I was there. He is a trooper for attempting a show and after the opener said he’d rely on the crowd singing, which we sure as shit did. Jon did well all things considered.
