I’ve no idea how big Jimmy Kimmel is, but I will say I’ve watched this performance loads. It fucking rules to see a band get this opportunity without dumbing themselves down, if anything they’ve gotten heavier and more unforgiving over time.

Something about the ending is so cool. Thr alternating pyro, Poppy’s massive scream, and Bryan doing a pig squeal in the rain. I suspect a lot of kids saw this and for the first time they thought, “damn, metal’s actually fucking cool.”

 

I have a hard time imagining “jimmy Kimmel fans” it does kinda read as people trolling on Facebook pretending to be angry moms but maybe it’s real

That part about the exchange between him and Isaac is such a cool little window into the band. They seem like super nice dudes writing some of the most maniacal heavy music I've ever enjoyed.
