Have a blast! Anyone want to buy 1 GA ticket for tomorrow, 5/30 for NYC (Brooklyn Steel)? Willing to part for cheap
Can you confirm the order and set times that you saw? Looks like Loathe has been going on around 740 opening, then show me the body, then Knocked loose?
If you go to KL’s tour page, the dates actually have the order; like tonight Loathe is second to last and the next show it’s SMTB. Also, earlier post from this thread…
Doors at 6 and Speed starts at 7 for tonight’s show (can’t miss them). Whoever put Drain and KL within 2 days of each other in Maryland needs to pay up for all the aspirin and ice packs they’re responsible for
Perfect. I didn't know rotating was happening. Mine is def loathe / show me the body then. Thank you! It'll give show me the body the chance to win me over as I was hoping to skip them in all honesty but I'm not skipping loathe.
Just edited the post with set times from an earlier post in the thread, imagine it’s roughly the same.
Who goes first tonight? My show is tomorrow, so I would have to assume the order will be the opposite of whatever tonight is.
Spent an embarrassing amount of money on Knocked Loose coffee today. Anyways, very excited for tonight. Besides MAYBE the final Issues show, this is maybe the most hyped I've been for a concert in the last year.
Band was firing on all cylinders last night, sounding so sharp. Only bummer I thought of was mosh politics. Feels like there was a dangerous mix of push pits, hardcore dancers, and people who don’t want to get hit, in one place on the floor. Made it hard to move around freely, let alone mosh
I know it's been asked before but can you recommend some similar albums? I can't get enough of this record and I want something in a similar vein.
Check out Boundaries - Death Is Little More if you haven’t already. I’ve mentioned it in this thread a few times but that record is seriously my metalcore record of the year. It’s too damn good.
Not a one to one, but two smaller bands that have been pairing nicely with this for me are single wound’s death is a kindness and houses we die in’s faces of the suffering
I thought that myself. Especially the ending of The Calm That Keeps You Awake. Immediately reminded me of Abandon All Life.
