Might be too obvious, but I wonder if they find a spot to play Radiohead’s “Knives Out” at any point in the film.
This was brilliant. Everyone in the cast is excellent. Jokes are solid. Mystery isn’t super strong, but enough to keep you locked in. Another strong Rian Johnson entry.
yeah it feels like he's more interested in shifting who you think the good guy is frequently than he is with the mystery, WHICH IS FINE
happy to report this was everything i could've hoped for. hands down the best wide-release of the year. the whole cast kills it, the script is sharp as hell, the laughs are plentiful, you're gonna be glued to the screen. see this with the most packed audience. rian johnson is undefeated. we need to fast track his star wars trilogy yesterday
it honestly pisses me off that i can't see this again within the next few days. it's gonna be a blast rewatching and picking up on things
oh, and INCREDIBLY funny coincidence/timing with tonight's episode of IASIP since both ended with one character getting puked on before getting booked

He was recently on JGL's podcast and talked about how he can't write a script unless he's angry about something (paraphrasing), so that adds up. I do think the success of this movie is gonna make or break his Star Wars trilogy. So I'm hoping this is an undeniable success.
it's certainly gonna be extremely well-received, as it has been already. truly hope it makes decent bank off the strength of all this early praise/great word of mouth
I’m so excited for this. It’s coming to the full service theater near me and I might have to splurge for that.
Was hoping for more but I guess this makes sense for a movie like this. Exactly around where Murder on the Orient Express ended up opening and Knives Out actually cost 15mil less than that one so that’s a good sign. Hopefully the positive word of mouth will give this long legs into December before the big Xmas movies come
Also because of my chronic health issues its lookin like I’m not going to be able to see this in theaters and it’s really bummin me out. Can somebody go an extra time for me? Lol
