I know the 358/2 movie on the 1.5 collection but it works better after playing KH2 so you have more emotional attachment to the characters it revolves around.

 

But when should we play Union x!?!?!?!

 

it's gonna be interesting to see what carries over from union/unchained x to KH3. nomura has said that the stories of the mobile game and KH3 are "closely tied" (although nomura says a lot of things) plus there's the fact ventus is in Ux. still a bad game to play though, with the dozens and dozens of missions it takes to get like 5 minutes of crucial plot information.

 

That second Riku fight in 1.5 is the perfect amount of difficult. So rewarding to win that fight.

 

Definitely my favorite fight in the series. Probably in my top 5 fights in any game really

 

I hate this fight because of the extremely long cutscene you have to watch before it and how in the original PS2 version you couldn’t skip it. “YOU’RE NEVER TAKING KAIRI’S HEART!!”

Only correcting you because I had to watch this cutscene way too many times as a kid.

i also had a kingdom hearts sticker on the back of one of them

 

I still have the songs on my iphone (largely thanks to icloud, but still).

i haven't tried to play a KH in like 10 years at least, save for 358/2. i started 1.5 last night. i think i'm enjoying it more now than ever. it's been so long since i've played a simple ARPG

I wonder if there will be anymore information on the release today at their conference? The way that they released that trailer is just aggrevating.

 

i'll be finishing my first playthrough of KH1 in like 10+ years tonight. playing it on beginner to make it easier to get the "secret ending" for the first time and it's honestly been fun on autopilot and i'm so bad at games i've still gotten whooped here and there. hoping i beat @oldjersey to the punch.

also is there an established best order to play through all the rest in?
