I've been rewatching the show. Just one of the masters at these little throwaway jokes. Cotton always referring to Peggy as "Hank's wife" or saying that Hank runs a gas station, Bobby being unusually suave at talking to and charming women because he isn't thinking about the romantic element, and unspoken moments where John Redcorn and Nancy are openly flouting their relationship in front of Dale.
I forgot the context or what episode This is from. But Peggy comes home in a bad mood, and Hank leaves the alley to go greet her, And you just hear Dale off screen yell “Peggy’s home” , I lost it
I am a little bit confused about the layout of their neighborhood. The alley where they are drinking is behind everyone's house. Is that a Texas thing? In Florida and pretty much everywhere I have been, the back of your house is the back of another house. We don't have alleys, just front streets.
Do we know if Johnny Hardwick did any voice acting for this before he passed? Or did this start production after the fact
King of the Hill Comes Home Lots of info here, including the release date of all 10 episodes on August 4th. There's also an updated intro released as well!
I am on season six right now, and I always enjoy how seriously Peggy takes substitute teaching. Most substitutes can't be bothered to stop a fight in the classroom but she tries to be Stand and Deliver every time.
Still cautiously optimistic (like most reboots/revivals), but still very excited. This has potential for sure
Is the opening sequence implying Bill died from Covid? They show him walking off coughing right before Covid hits and he never comes back...
Variety listed him among the cast of characters in their article about the First Look, so I wouldn't read too much into it.
I bet that he got Covid, but didn’t die from it. He’s also in the first poster that was shared a few weeks back, so I’m assuming he’s in That would be super dark if that’s what happened lol
Not gonna go wild with speculation but it also seems to indicate that they sell the house but then come back to it? Looks like it sells right before Covid and new dude enters the picture for a bit
