One thing I thought when reading was the book was "I wish there was...a tree or diagram I could consult for all of the players in this." I am most curious on how the movie will handle all the people involved and also how it deals with the final parts of the book, basically the epilogue.

 

Chiming in to pile on the love for the book. Super well-written and reads like a thriller.

 

If you enjoyed reading David Grann's Killers of the Flower Moon, I cannot recommend his 2009 New Yorker piece "Trial By Fire" enough.

 

Famously no one has ever said no to or tried to edit down Scorsese

Unwatchable. But I would binge it in one sitting if it was split into 4 hour long episodes

 

So this is going to be even more of a religious experience than the irishman was in theaters let’s go

 

Should be longer.

 

I'll see it in theaters but please bring back the intermission.

 

There was one when I saw the hateful eight in theaters and it was great.

Part of me thought that number might have been including an intermission

It depends at what point your hairline becomes a handicap.

 

Theatrical is the way to go for first view. Apple TV for rewatches. Would be kinda surprised if Paramount doesn't send it out to international markets for at least a week.

Just picked up the book and was flipping through it before bed and now I’m like 20 pages in

 

it's going to be great when that shot isn't even in the movie

 

It would be absolutely hilarious if they use a slightly different shot just to fuck with people

 

It probably will because shots like that aren't screenshots, they're separately taken photographs
