It’ll be on Apple TV soon enough, thank god there’s a chance to see it in theaters at all. The Irishman was out for like two weeks.

 

I would have loved to see the Irishman on the big screen.

At this point, whoever's responsible for assembling the trailer needs to put that moment at the beginning.

 

Just finished the book -- one of my favorite nonfiction books I've ever read, finished it in three days. This is going to be such a thrilling, emotional movie if they pull it off and I have no reason to think they won't. I'm sure people will be like oh here we go another 3 hour Scorsese movie, but there's no way this story can work without a long runtime. It's a legit epic.

Also Jason Isbell's gonna have a pretty substantial role in this...obviously they could make changes from the book but his character's pretty essential.
