Yeah, I’ll def take picking seats before, first come first served, having to stand in line for a movie and hope to fuck you’re not breaking your neck is the worst
Also I usually go to early empty movies anyway and still, let me pick beforehand, I get to see where everyone else is sitting and get away from them
everything you're describing is something that already happened anyway. what're you gonna drive to the movies, see there's only front row available and go home?
How would I know what seats look good? It isn't just what seats are taken but the types of people sitting there.
Did this once in 8th grade except my parents dropped me off at the theater on Main Street in Chandler and then wouldn’t answer their phones to come pick us back up and we walked like 3 miles home on Route 66
If I’m going to see a movie I want and the only option is the very front row I will simply wait to see the movie. Sitting in the front row is for deranged people.
I swear just the other day I saw a clip of Scorsese saying he actually loved sitting up close because he loved the feeling of how massive the screen was, like it conveyed the grandiose nature of the film lol except not for a foreign-language film because it makes reading/watching at the same time difficult
The last movie I sat in the front row for was Superbad and that’s because there were about 8 of us so I wasn’t going to leave.
On the end so god forbid you need to get up and pee or poop you don't have to disturb half of your row
