Pharrell Williams) Despite the terrible (but impressive) album cover, I'm excited for this. The Frequency and All In (both of which seem to have been removed from Soundcloud) are both good old Cudi sounding songs, and the fact that he got two Andre features and two Pharrell features is a good sign that he still has it in him to make a good album. Pretty cool that it comes out so soon too It's very possible that I'm the only person on here who still cares about him but we'll see
It's kind of a whatever cover, don't think I would say it's in horrendous category. Horrendous category is reserved for like, Metallica's new album cover. But yeah def no voodoo lmao
eh both pharrell and andre have been featured on some pretty mediocre records. their presence isnt an automatic booster for the whole thing. was "sorry" by ti one of the best songs that year? sure, but it couldnt save the rest of trouble man.
Ready for this. This may be his last chance with me tbh, haven't liked anything he's put out since he did that WZRD album
one of my funniest news posts on ap was "kid cudi drops surprise album, no one notices" and people got sooooo mad at me
I have absolutely no expectations for this. He hasn't been good in years, but I'll give it a shot. Andre also said he loved Speedin Bullet so he's got questionable taste as it is
Oh whoops, my b. Yeah it's out there but then again this is the guy who gave us Speedin' Bullet 2 Heaven just last year
Actually excited for this. SB2H wasn't terrible... for some reason I enjoyed it for what it was (An "I spent a year listening to Nirvana and watching old VHS recordings of MTV from the 90's and I bet I can be a rock star too.") The singles from that album were fun and the B&B skits were entertaining though I haven't revisited it since it came out so.... Yea hoping this is enjoyable.
Kind of saw it coming when he didn't say anything else but at least we'll get a new song soon. There's a live snippet of Surfin' and it sounds awesome
