I really like the new EP, it seems more varied vocally than the album

 

I totally agree. He’s steadily improving imo

 

I dunno, it's kinda boring. The album had a good mix of upbeat and slowed down but this whole thing is kinda.... slow. Not a lot to grab onto here. It's not bad I guess, but it doesn't really do a lot

 

Honestly, this is kinda how I felt about his debut- it seemed like he sang in the same register throughout the whole thing. It did get a bit monotonous. I do like his album but I prefer the EP

new song is dope - the disclosure beat is nice

 

Yeah I can get down with it. Kinda strange that the artwork is extremely reminiscent of DJDS aesthetics for their last album cycle, which Khalid was a big part of also, but oh well!

 

This album rollout, or whatever the strategy is, is bizarre. Released the lead single from the album but now a video for that terrible Kane Brown remix of one of the better songs from the EP?
