The title track on this is amazing.

 

Really like this album. That title track is indeed amazing.

 

One of the best songs of the year.

 

The line of best fit gave this a 9.5! Really happy to see all the positive feedback this is getting. It really is a great album. Even better than Singing Saw which I wasn't expecting at all.

What'd you think? I can't remember if you were a fan of his last album or not.

 

Ended up doing a bunch of recording this week, so I haven't gotten around to any new music in a few days, BUT I'm going to check it out tomorrow.

I think I liked the last one, but it never made it into my iTunes for some reason. If I enjoy this, I'll go back and rectify that.

 

Morby did a track by track walk through for the new album with NPR. I really hope this album doesn't get overlooked by everyone by coming out on the same day as fleet foxes, Isbell, and Lorde. This is the best release day I've seen in a long time.

Just saw him last night. Best show I've EVER seen. Every single member of his band is incredibly talented. I was moved to tears.

 

Are you familiar with Hand Habits? It's Meg's band and they put out a really great album this year also.
