It is but he’s pretty locked in with all of them over there still

 

All three times I was supposed to see her — once on the TDE tour, then another time for her own show in DC, then again in Philly lol. She’s pretty notorious for last minute cancels.

 

Have never heard this before that she’s notorious for cancelling cus I’ve seen her every time she was supposed to be here lol. The TDE tour I remember she got really sick and had to drop off iirc… Probably just unlucky for you it seems

 

Drake’s birthday is next Thursday October 24th. Maybe it drops then lol

 

Fine, of course I understand medical reasons. But I guess I’m just unlucky, along with all the other people traveling to see her from out-of-state, the other two times (she was one of my favorite artists at the time) and she decided to cancel the day of the show without an excuse. Not even letting us know herself - we found out from an email from the venue and then the news traveled around twitter and word-of-mouth. People were asking for confirmation via Twitter but hearing nothing from her camp. I lost a lot of my connection to her music after that.

 

Yeah, that does blow for sure. She is a fun time live so if you were to get free tickets or super cheap and wanted to give it one last try I do recommend it!

 

I feel like something notable is coming this Friday, both Shawn Mendes and Joe Jonas moved their albums away from that date recently, and I hope it's Kendrick

 

I feel like anytime an artist is rumored for a surprise drop it never happens, but I’d love to be wrong in this case

The correlation is the same as an artist releasing the same day as any big artist; being overshadowed, overlooked and forgotten. If Kendrick or anyone similar drops Friday, the news cycle is only about that
