He has just that exact line of being able to laugh at himself while also making an ass out of himself while also absolutely thinking he's correct when doing it that keeps him hilarious.

I don’t personally care for Shaq much but to call him humorless is a wild stretch. Easily one of the biggest goofs in sports history and has rarely, if ever, taken himself seriously.
