that's a shame bc Blue Faces is like top 5 Kendrick

 

Some real wild opinions in here lately

 

I like Damn a lot. And GKMC

because they have bangers.

 

I love TPAB and Mr Morale

but they have less bangers

 

You guys should check out the Stormzy album

 

Best rap album too

Of course lost AOTY to a white person though because it's the Grammys

 

Harry's House is the better album though. If it was up against any other of Kendrick's albums, it wouldn't be. Whilst Mr Morale is a very good album, it's already fallen way behind the three (four if you include Untitled/Unmastered) preceding it.

 

Fucking hell, never thought i'd prefer a Harry Styles album over a Kendrick album, but here we are.

 

Also TBAB and untitled unmastered. are his best work by some distance. The sessions those albums come from wont be topped. The perfect mesh of hip hop and jazz and yet has some absolute bangers on them too. TPAB is easily the best hip hop album of the past 15 years.

The Grammys are not credible when it comes to Hip Hop, never were, regardless of individual results. I wish the discourse would just leave them behind already.

I mean if we're gonna be really real, Beyonce should have gotten AOTY but for whatever reason the Grammy's just don't want to

I don't even close to agree with Harry's House being better than this album lol. I don't even dislike that album (but Fine Line was better) but nothing on there comes close to the depth and range of this album

Granted it's apples and oranges so I know it's purely down to personal taste
