Looks like my album of the year is getting close.

 

I reckon it'll be another thing related to the business venture thing this thread was created for after everyone got a little ahead of themselves haha

 

I mean it’s a poor kept secret that he’s been steady working on the album. Not really a stretch to assume music is coming

 

I can't even imagine another album sweeping in and destroying my top 10 this year already, but if anyone could it's Kendrick.

 

I actually assumed the album was long done and it was just pushed back

Although I guess that's still a possibility if he's just shooting a video

 

Possible they had to push it back cause they couldn't film the video, Kendrick loves his videos now.

I’m really not expecting new Kendrick until he can play festivals

Punch trolls constantly but I actually do think this could plausibly come out before the end of the year

Reason dropped this month, I could see them maybe pushing Isaiah next month, Kendrick in December and SZA in the spring

Or maybe swap the latter two

 

I'm still kinda semi-convinced we would have had it by now if the pandemic hadn't hit. He was set to headline UK festivals this summer which I believe typically he's only done during album cycles.

 

Oh he 100% would have dropped months ago if it weren't for the pandemic

 

For some reason I'm getting a really good feeling we're getting the album in November
