I'm not like a diehard either but I think as much of an opus as TPAB is, DAMN showed that he was just as capable of making thoughtful, concept-driven albums that were a little more accessible as well. For that reason it's probably my favorite but different strokes for different folks

 

Good Kid, Madd City is still my favorite, but you really can’t go wrong with any of them.

 

Man has literally never missed, TPAB my favorite but every album of his is a top tier album

 

I love 100 gecs but I dont understand how anybody could possibly love 100 gecs, myself included.

 

People acting like section.80 ain’t worth a damn

 

TPAB is easily his best but I probably return to good kid the most. Haven’t listened to any of them in a few years though.

 

I listen to TPAB multiple times a year still. It's perfect.

 

I don’t think Kendrick has released a perfect album yet

 

TPAB is the masterpiece but Good Kid is easily my favorite to throw on. Section 80 and Damn are great but I skip a bunch on both.

 

I could do without the spoken word but it’s still fantastic.

some days I take DAMN. over it, sometimes it flips. my guy needs to get it out on vinyl officially tho

 

I honestly couldn't rank the 4 because they really are all so different but great. Very few artists have put out 4 vastly different records while they all remain a high level of quality

 

Damn is my favorite Kendrick album and definitely my most listened to. I’m not gonna sit here and try to tell you it’s better than TPAB without qualifications since that’s clearly one of the most capital-i Important records anyone has made in my lifetime, but I love Damn so much

Couldn’t rank the last 3 but section 80 is easily my least favorite. I heard it way after the others and I kinda hate some of the hooks/beats on it lol
