Can we just admit that it’s the mix? Like.. it sucked, but it’s not Kendrick’s fault. These shows just don’t translate well on this medium.

 

Yeah like every half time show is disappointing bc the sound sucks and the limited set time

 

My hot take with all half time shows is I’d rather have them play 3 songs in full than a medley

I disagree. Everyone has their favorites and playing a medley increases the chance most people at least get to hear one of their favs. So when you have an audience that is mostly gonna be casual fans medley is the way to go

 

Also loved the nod to the Alright video with the person on top of the streetlight
