Totally glad that the artwork and track-listing is absolutely nothing like I expected. Kendrick never plays it safe. Really looking forward to the release and that 7 minute track is going to be crazy!
The beat is just one of the Spider-Man actors slamming on the ground after the wires failed on a loop
I really, really don't think Kendrick would include a song as bad as an Imagine Dragons collab on one of his studio albums. It's probably a sample and whatever it is will probably be dope regardless
As far as lackluster Kendrick collabs / features go, the Imagine Dragons collab wasn't even that tragic. Kendrick really has shit out some bad features over the years--Bad Blood, the Sia song, Goosebumps, Robin Thicke, fucking Maroon 5. I think he has a pretty good distinction between "I'm doing this feature for money" and "this is interesting and good enough to be on one of my solo albums."
That Robin Thicke song is literally one of the worst things I've ever heard... and I actually don't mind some old Robin Thicke stuff.
Not touching the snippets but keen to hear what people think of them. Can this project be as good as my expectations?
Of course LeBron already has it. Isn't there a theory that he influenced Kendrick to release the untitled unmastered?
Not sure it's a theory, I think it's true. LeBron tweeted telling Kendrick to release some of the unreleased material and a few months later, he did. Go Ahead and Thank LeBron James For the Release of Kendrick Lamar's 'untitled unmastered'
