Yeah the bonus tracks are solid as hell, why do I feel like I've heard Future Tripping before?

If it’s anywhere near as good as her last EP, we are in for a treat.

 

My mind instantly went to “oh god I hope this is like rolling up the welcome mat” but I’ve been trying not to get my hopes up too high.

 

Helluva first track, she probably did it again.

 

This is basically a Wonder Years country song, now that I think about it.

Really lovely stuff. It ain’t Welcome Mat, but not many things are.

 

Yeah I think for me, topping welcome mat is damn near impossible for her to do, but this is really good

 

This was a great listen. Kelsea has been one of my favorite late-to-the-party discoveries of 2025 for me.

 

I said this to @Garrett, but I’ll share it here too:

I was thinking about her career trajectory this morning, and I really think she just figured everything out in the past few years. Her first three albums are good, but man, the 2020s stuff is just on another level. Her honesty as a songwriter and her willingness to try things and to put herself out there is really paying dividends.

 

I honestly have little interest in anything before Welcome Mat, I've listened to the album before that and it's just not really there for me
