already reminds me of Cate Le Bon’s Reward from last year. Also some Talking Heads vibes.

 

I actually thought of the Cate Le Bon record too, to my surprise. They're definitely coming from different places, but there's something similar about both the instrumentation and the vocal performances brings them together.

 

really loved this record - so chill

gave me some Kate Bush vibes here & there & something else I can’t quite put my finger on... grr...

anyway, highly recommended
